God created us to live in relationship with one another and to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. Therefore, Home Groups are an essential expression of the mission of Calvary Vista, a primary place where you are known and cared for.
Home groups are small gatherings of people that meet regularly, 2 to 4 times per month, for friendship, accountability, study, prayer, laughter, and occasionally tears. These groups provide sanctuary from the pressures and anxieties of life, as well as a place to be revitalized and strengthened in our walks with Christ.
Home groups are active. They reach inward, helping one another in times of crisis or need. They also reach outward, occasionally planning a service project in their neighborhood as an active way of sharing the love of Jesus with the community.
Home groups are a key aspect of our church community. Most meet weekly in the home of a group member. Click below to find a group near you.
